The contents are basican introduction and chapters on wills, probate, avoiding probate, and the federal estate tax. The book is free of legal jargon and filled with meaningful examples. Those without a will, those having recently moved to a new state or having changed their marital status, or those with a will predating 1982 should read this book and dash to their lawyer.
