Taking Care (Lessons of Love in Miller's Bend)

Taking Care is the fourth novel in the clean Christian romance series, Lessons of Love in Miller's Bend. The stories are set in small-town America, where many readers have already met and fallen in love with the characters. Past choices, actions and consequences impact the circumstances that lead Tyler Schuster to reveal his feelings for Chrissi Gibson as he steps in to help her, even as he deals with a potentially devastating secret in his own past. Chrissi’s plans had been clear. She selected her college and her major. Her career was planned out. But after a trip to Chicago, everything changed. The vibrant, outgoing woman shriveled away and was replaced by a quiet, pensive one. Now, instead of college and travel, she considers staying in Miller’s Bend. Tyler had spent years denying his feelings for Chrissi, his best friend’s little sister. But when she returned from Chicago in obvious need of a friend, he couldn’t resist offering his support. What he learned rocked his commitment to set her free. Join their journey as the two learn some difficult lessons and Tyler realizes that fatherhood has more to do with the heart than with genetics.
