Hiroi Tsutomu (b. 1925-?) was a sculptor, art professor, and kite historian in Tokyo. Large 4to, 182pp. Text mainly in Japanese, with a few appendices in English. Diagrams, illustrations, photographs. Publisher's blue cloth stamped in silver in paper slipcase. A near fine copy in slipcase which shows some discoloration from being stored in original cardboard box. Seller Inventory # 7042
