A Tale of the Holy Grail

The indescribable intimacy of the Holy Grail is closer than our own breath. It shines in magnificent wildness from the ground of being. It sings to us in incomparable sweetness through the birdsong. It howls to us through wild nature as an urgent plea to remember what we have forgotten. Rejected by the builders and cast away, the Grail remains completely useless to the world of humans. The Holy Grail cannot be made to fit inside the life we call our own. It's purity and perfection cannot be contained or sustained by the hubris in human culture, the collective norms, and systems of knowledge that have banished its foundational cornerstone. A pillar of fire, the Grail is a guide through the dark night. It's longing burns bright, stripping away everything, until all that remains is an ensouled magical life that is blown by the wind wherever it wishes. This is A Tale of the Holy Grail and the quest for reality in a world of rational illusions.
