Very Good clean hardback First Edition without a dust jacket. One corner bumped, not affecting the text. This is an 82 page collection of essays. Cornell was Ezra Pound's lawyer and this volume contains his "The Last Years of Ezra Pound" (8 pages). It also contains some New York state history, an essay on a curious case in which Frederick Law Olmsted sued the heirs of John Jacob Astor over a claim to Captain Kidd's treasure (supposedly found on Deer Isle), and an essay on making wine. #.
