My life before Christ (B.C.) and my life after encountering Christ (A.D) is really a tale of two kingdoms. The kingdom of darkness, where I played god and was determined to be the master of my fate versus the Kingdom of God, where I was adopted as a child of God and welcomed into a life transforming relationship with Him.In case you're wondering, I was not raised Christian, my parents were both Hindus who immigrated to America from India. In fact, for the majority of my life I was rather unimpressed by self-described Christians or anyone else having religious affiliations for that matter. So what happened? What changed? How in the world did a kid born to immigrant parents from Kolkata, India end up becoming a follower of Jesus Christ and why? By the end of this book, you'll know both how and why. My journey begins on a hot and muggy evening during the summer of 1977 in New York City and eventually lands me smack dab in the middle of sin city Las Vegas on a barstool.
