A Tale for Two

A Tale for Two by Mariam Radi is a gripping narrative set against the backdrop of Iraq, where Adam, raised under the cold and harsh hand of Jabar, struggles with the complexities of his identity and emotions. Loved by his mother, Asiya, yet tormented by his father's treatment, Adam's life takes a dark turn when he falls in love with Serapheem, a married woman. This heart-wrenching tale explores themes of love, identity, and the heavy burden of family expectations, leaving readers questioning the true cost of honor and redemption.
