A Tale of Two Ponies (Aspen Meadow Farm)

Some friendships grow in the most unexpected places.

On Aspen Meadow Farm, two ponies simply cannot get along. Nellie is a graceful white-and-brown painted pony with a long, flower-braided mane. She loves quiet mornings, dewy meadows, soft clover patches, and chasing butterflies through the grass. Rocky is a scruffy grey-and-white painted pony with a tangled mane from rolling in the dirt. He loves noisy afternoons, muddy splashes, and tossing his hay high into the air like confetti!

From sunup to sundown, the two ponies bicker over everything-until their squabbling echoes through the big red barn and sends the mice scurrying. As different as sunshine and rain, Nellie and Rocky each feel a little lonely on the busy farm.

Then, one quiet afternoon, Nellie wanders deep into the meadow and comes face to face with a snarling grey wolf hidden in the tall grass. When Rocky hears her frightened cry, he gallops straight into danger-rearing, stomping, and standing brave to protect the friend he once couldn't stand.

From that day on, the unlikeliest pair become inseparable, discovering that courage can come from the most surprising places and that Nellie's gentle calm and Rocky's brave spirit balance each other perfectly.

Warm, gentle, and full of heart, A Tale of Two Ponies is a sweet story about friendship, bravery, and celebrating our differences.

Includes bonus coloring pages at the end of the book for extra fun and creativity!
