The upper left corner area of the front board has a few whitish spots and lines. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. No handwriting or signatures other than that from the author. No bookplates, no library markings. Ages are toned due to age and there is some minor spotting and smudge marks, though this is mainly limited to the end pages and pastedowns. Copyright page states third printing of February 8, 1939.
