They are identified by Burroughs on page 3 from Peru, Tangiers, Gibraltar, Paris, and Atlantic City. Important interview with Burroughs p. 18-22 on why he returned to America, space-time continuims, and other items. Contained within an envelope at page 21 is the Abandoned Artifacts recording with Burroughs, Laurie Anderson and John Giorno and On the Nova Lark. A(recording of Burroughs in the early 60's.
