Dr. Epel is the Director of Shitot Institute and the academic Director for Parent Training and Couple and Family Therapy of the Israeli Program for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy. She is a lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University School of Medicine and an instructor of advanced qualification programs for CBT therapists.
