About the Author
Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan Journalism and Communication Lecturer/Adjunct Professor, who is dedicated to public policy communication campaigns. His research interests include: access to information rights, renewable energy and environment, public health, mass communication, gender equality, democracy, community radio, and human rights.
