Shows 17 types cut under Morison's direction at Monotype, including Centaur, Bembo, Polipilus, Blado, Fournier, Baskerville, Bell, Perpetua, Times New Roman (and others) Paperback edition. Bookplate of Stephen Brook. A near fine copy. Originally produced as a Cambridge Christmas book in 1953 in an edition of 450 copies, his was has been revised and amplified by P.M. Handover. John Dreyfus, Harry Carter, and Netty Hoeflake in the trade edition (1973). There are notes on three typefaces (Van Dijck, Ehrhardt and Romulus) not previously covered.

All items listed are offered at nett sterling prices for cash upon receipt. Postage and insurance for books in transit are extra, and new customers may be requested to pay against pro forma invoices. Cheques should be made payable to "Collinge & Clark". With respect to condition, every effort has been made to collate and describe the books accurately, but satisfaction is of course guaranteed. This means that any any book may be returned if it does not come up to expectations. The conditions being that any return must be made within a reasonable time after the receipt of the book or books, and that in such a case responsibility for safe return will rest with the customer. Unless otherwise requested, overseas orders will be sent by "Printed Papers Air Mail" or "Small Packet Air Mail" and postage duly charged. Payment may be made by personal cheque in sterling (£), or by Access, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
