About this Item

New York: Grosset & Dunlap, [1931]. Later G&D reprint with 33 ERB titles in ads (vs 30 in earlier). Octavo; 312pp +8pp ads. Earlier state dust jacket with 30 ERB titles on verso. Publisher's red cloth with black lettering. Dark green topstian. Jacket chipped at head of spine (just touching text), with rubbing at tail and along joints, a few shallow tears and small chips at folds, and some general scuffs and smudges to surface. Boards are square with a small bump to front board at bottom edge, another to bottom back corner, and nudging to spine ends. Prior owner's name on front free endpaper, else pages unmarked. Binding is sound. [Zeuschner 521].
