Theodore G. Shackley is a twenty-eight year veteran in intelligence and prior to his retirement in 1979, was the CIA's Associate Depute Director for Operations. He has written numerous articles and is the co-author of "You're The Target."
Richard A. Finney is a Personal Protection Specialist with a background as Chief Investigator for U.S. Protective Services in New York, and an operations and training officer for the CIA, from which he retired in 1978. He is currently a consultant with Research Associates International.
