Bonnie Klinger descends from a long line of good farm cooks who raised their own vegetables and meat, milked their own cows, made their own butter, used organic fertilizer before it was called that, and wouldn't have know a trans-fatty acid if they stepped in it. She baked her first apple pie when she was 10 years old and hasn't stopped experimenting with recipes and growing her own food since. When she's not cooking or gardening, Bonnie loves to paint (sometimes walls, sometimes pictures), read, bike, swim, do yoga, all that great exercise stuff.
