Tasks and Reflections: A Three Month Planner Journal

This is a 3 month planner/journal. In this book you can write and draw. You can keep track of the tasks you have done each day and reflect on things that happened so you have a record of it for years to come.
In the front of the book are 'Spreads'- things like- a 'Mind Map', Life Area Goals, a 'Vision Board', an Ikigai, an Inbox, Tasks, SMART goals, the Moon Phases, Projects, and a Yearly Calendar. Each month has its own Calendar spot, Inbox, Currently, and a Tracker for Emotions, Outside temperature, Exercise, your Weight, Personal tracker & Chore tracker. There is a page for each day- to keep track of your water intake, appointments, tasks that you did, a quote you find inspiring and a place to write things you are hopeful and grateful for. Journal about your day and decorate with stickers, washi tape or whatever you feel like. Once a week there is a page for your 'Collections' to do some creative art work, do a 'brain dump, or make a list or chart of something. In the back there's a place to test your pens for bleed through.
There are many you-tube videos on how to "Bullet Journal" and "DIY Hobonichi" you can watch, they are very inspiring but addictive . Have fun creating your style of decorating and make it your own!
