About the Author
Nicolae (Nick) Klepper was born in Romania and grew up in the United States. A retired sales and marketing executive who lived for many years in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, he now devotes himself to writing. TASTE OF ROMANIA resulted from his lifelong interest in cookery and his desire to make his native country better known to the world. He is also author of ROMANIA: AN ILLUSTRATED HISTORY, also published by Hippocrene Books.
