Teach a Friend to Read 2017

For parents and guardians worried about their children struggling with reading. For learning assistants teaching reading and writing one-to-one. For anyone who has a relative or friend of any age who can't read. The Teach a friend to read coach-book is a unique, phonics-based interactive tool for learners of any age - using repetition and rhyme. All exercises promote reading for meaning and are neutral - in terms of age, race and culture. The unique same shape alphabet, the font, lay-out and special paper are ideal for learners (and for reading coaches) with dyslexia. The reading and writing adventure is fun and gives both reading coach and learner confidence and a sense of achievement from the word go.

Libby Coleman is a retired secondary head teacher and special needs lecturer. Nick Ainley is the chair of Mencap. Marcus Tate is a photographer and same-shape alphabet designer.
