Vilma Žydžiūnaitė is PhD, Professor, Director of Educational Research Institute at Education Academy, Vytautas Magnus University. Her research is focused on higher education, leadership, professional identity, educational management and social research methodology.

Lina Kaminskienė is PhD, Professor, Chancellor of Education Academy, Vytautas Magnus University. Her research areas are innovative education, teaching methodologies, intercultural education and educational management.

Vaida Jurgilė is PhD, Senior Researcher of Educational Research Institute, at Education Academy, Vytautas Magnus University. Her research directions are related to higher education, leadership, transcultural and cross-cultural education.
