Gavin Grift has extensive experience as a teacher, assistant principal, and educational coach, and his passion, commitment, and style have made him an in-demand presenter of keynotes, seminars, and in-school support days. As a speaker, Gavin connects with national and international audiences on professional learning communities, teacher leadership, Cognitive Coaching, and teachers as architects of learning.
Gavin is the coauthor of numerous articles and books, including Transformative Talk: Cognitive Coaches Share Their Stories, Collaborative Teams That Transform Schools, and Transformative Collaboration. He also revised Learning by Doing with Colin Sloper for an Australian context.
Clare Major is a psychologist, educator, and researcher, currently teaching at the University of Melbourne and consulting with schools across Australia. With twenty-nine years of experience in education as a teacher, school leader, and regional and state adviser, Clare combines her passion and expertise in learning and human behavior to build potent leadership potential in others.
