Teaching Cryptogamic Botany

This book is one of the fundamental instructional materials designated to teach sequentially listed five courses of the undergraduate program of Biological Sciences termed as “Cryptogamic Botany”. It is hoped that the book could solve problems arising from the lack of handbooks, scripts, reading and references materials and serves as main instructional materials of higher education systems and enhances to impart reasonable and pedagogically sound information to the students and teachers in learning and understanding Phycology, Mycology, Lichenology, Bryology and Pteridology courses of biology including the evolutionary development of organisms on earth.

Dr. Sutuma Edessa is a senior Educator of Science Education, particularly dealing with teaching Biology at the Department of Science and Mathematics Education, College of Education and Behavioral studies, Addis Ababa University - Ethiopia.He currently coordinates and trains Secondary Schools Biology Educators under the Program termed as PGDT.
