About the Author: Daniel Hahn received his B.S. in Biblical Studies at Multnomah School of the Bible, after which he served under Chuck Swindoll on the staff of the First Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton, California. While in Fullerton, Daniel completed a Master's of Divinity degree at Talbot School of Theology.

In 1985, Hahn became the Pastor to Students and Families at Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo, California. Beginning with twenty-five young people, Daniel founded the Mission Hills Student Gathering, an arm of the church dedicated to reaching teenagers in Orange County.

Hahn graduated from Biola University, with a doctorate in marriage and family ministry and he serves as adjunct professor at the master's level there while continuing his pastoral ministry.

Daniel is the author of Teaching Your Kids the Truth About Consequences, a practical plan for parents who want to help kids develop an internal compass for living in a world where Christian principles are questioned. He has also written The Pro-Teen Parent: The 10 Best Ways to Cheer on Your Teen's Growth in God (Questar/Multnomah).

Daniel is a sought after camp and conference speaker. He lives in California, with his wife and their two daughters.
