About the Author
Wheeler's main areas of interest in higher education have been in organizational development, technology integration with academic curricula, leadership for collaborative change, instructional improvement, assessment, and full- and part-time faculty development.
He has conducted workshops on topics related to teaching and learning, cultural competence and diversity, part-time faculty, assessment, technology and leadership. He has served as a consultant-evaluator, an AQIP (Academic Quality Improvement Project) facilitator, and as a member of the Accreditation Review Council for the Higher Learning Commission (North Central Association.) He also works closely as an associate with the TLT Group-the technology affiliate of the American Association for Higher Education, serving as a consultant and workshop leader.
