The inspiration for writing this bookcomes from his experiences as a public school teacher and administrator.He has documented his extensive experiences interacting with manyteachers, community members, businesses, and parents over nearly threedecades. Dr. Solomon shares many proven teaching strategies he has usedthroughout the years to achieve some amazing results. He believes thatteaching is difficult but also very rewarding when it is done effectively.That is why he has committed his time and energy toward helpingteachers to achieve successful outcomes as they embark upon thechallenges of teaching their students in the current public schooleducation setting.
