About the Author
Sangeeta Sharma Ph D., has several years of teaching experience. She is currently teaching courses on communication at BITS, Pilani, and has published several articles on communication. Meenakshi Raman , Ph.D., Associate Professor, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani has over two decades of experience teaching courses in communication at the postgraduate level. She has extensive experience in training and consultancy and has authored three books and numerous research papers in leading journals.
