There are small holes to the indented front joint; otherwise a fine unworn copy in glassine with some use and slightly dust-soiled box. A printed notice on the box cautions anyone but the addressee against opening this book, advising that "The Enclosure is a Technical Scientific Book Solely for Physicians and Other Schentists."k.
