Includes detailed anatomical diagrams, explanations of how each method works, and effectiveness. Note the following inclusion in the foreword by a medical doctor, establishing birth control as a public health necessity above a personal decision: "Limitation of population is recognized as an urgent, continuing and universal necessity" (p. 2).
