Poems by M. Awodey have been broadcast on WBUR- Boston; New Hampshire Public Radio, and others. He has been the featured poet on many websites, and nominated for the David Ray poetry award. Individual, and group readings with poets of the Minimal Press have included The Knitting Factory, NYC; Mobius, Boston, MA; The Gathering of the Tribes, New York City; New England Artists Trust Congress IV Newport, NH; Manifest Poetry Festival, Northfeild, VT... and many other venues. His work has also been published in many chapbooks, including Art & Machine.

Marc Awodey is also an award winning art critic, a visual artist, and the 2000 Poetry Slam Nationals "head to head" Haiku Champion.
