Dr. Adolph J. Moser is a psychologist specializing in biobehavioral approaches to stress-related syndromes and in designing effective health promotion programs. While Chief Psychologist at the Indiana Youth Center, he implemented a biofeedback laboratory and directed a nine-year research project on the effects of relaxation techniques in the treatment of stress disorders, which culminated in the development of the nationally distributed stress-management program, SYSTEMATAIC RELAXATION TRAINING.
