About the Author

Jenn Fishman is associate professor of English, cofounder and chief capacitator of the Writing Innovation Symposium, and codirector of the Norman H. Ott Memorial Writing Center at Marquette University. She is a recipient of the Richard Braddock Award, and her publications include The Naylor Report on Undergraduate Research in Writing Studies, The Research Exchange Index, and special issues of CCC Online, Peitho, and Community Literacy Journal.
 
Amy C. Kimme Hea is associate dean for academic affairs and student success; professor in the Rhetoric, Composition, and Teaching of English Program at the University of Arizona; and co-owner of Pillar 1: Wildcat Journey of the University of Arizona’s strategic plan. She is the author of Going Wireless: A Critical Exploration of Wireless and Mobile Technologies for Composition Teachers and Researchers, and her work has appeared in several edited collections as well as Kairos, Technical Communication Quarterly, and Computers and Composition.
