Templates

Who are you when the script no longer fits?

Templates are the roles we unconsciously inhabit—shaped by culture, happenstance, societal pressure, or the idea of success. They guide our behavior, shape our identity, and influence how we relate to others and ourselves. But not all templates are meant to last.

This booklet invites you to slow down and reflect on the invisible frameworks you've been living within. Divided into four sections, it explores:

• Understanding what a template is

• The templates we personally use

• The templates others may be using

• And our greatest template of all: the human experience

Through poetic passages and gentle insight, Templates offers a spacious lens through which to examine who you’ve been—and who you’re becoming. It invites release without guilt and opens space to try on new ways of being, free of the belief that you must always stay the same.

This is not a manual for perfection.
It’s a soft doorway into freedom.
