Approximately 8-10% of the pages have underlining in what appears to be a thin orange or yellow marker (see pictures for an example) scattered throughout the book. A few pages have small light spots \/ stains (see pictures); they do not impede readability. There is some writing on the inside of the front cover (see pictures). The dust jacket has a couple of pieces torn off -- one at the top of the spine and the other at the bottom of the spine. There are several small tears and nicks along the edges as well. The jacket also was wear and creasing. The jacket near the bottom of the spine has what appears to be a small piece of paper that has been taped to the jacket with clear tape (I'm guessing this was part of someone's library, but that's just a guess). Quite usable, and difficult to find with a dust jacket. See pictures for more details.
