Ten Minute Scriptural, Earthy Sermons for the Contemporary Scene highlights the continued place of preaching in communicating the life and message of Jesus and the major contribution it makes to quality life. Noel Walter Davis is a Uniting Church minister who has retired from active ministry. He spent the last twenty-one years of his working life as a school chaplain. He collaborated in writing three books of blackline masters in human relationships education. He also wrote a biography of his grandfather, Walter Taylor, a building contractor, architect, and engineer, Letters to Mark: Transcripts from Father to Son across 3 Countries, and Effective Beliefs: Towards Individual and Group Harmony; a Challenge to People of Goodwill.
