I ONLY SHIP BOOKS WITHIN THE USA. FOREIGN ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Payment by Credit card, ACH, invoice, check, or cash on delivery,

All books packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped by USPS media mail. Shipping fees are based on exact costs of packaging materials and determined by weight and postage costs.
Shipping fees for heavy or bulky items or for shipping outside of the USA are available upon request.
