236pp + viii prelims. Brown illustrated cloth covered boards with black lettering on face. Gilt lettering on black title plate on decorated spine. Five full-page illustrations and portrait frontis of the author are all present. Faded name of previous owner on ffep. Two-page illustrated advertisement for the publishers' Pocket Portrait Shakespeare (eight volumes) at end of this book. Light toning to rfep. Shelf wear to cloth at top and tail of spine and also to front lower hinge. Some slight weakness to binding in places - especially pp47/49; pp76/77; pp82/83; pp91/92; pp140/141; pp214/215. Lower corner crease at p55. Small dirt mark to fore edge at p129. Otherwise in VG condition for the age of this volume of 100 poems. This is not an ex-library book. Seller Inventory # 013530

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit.
