Terrarium

Ten ordinary people suddenly vanish from their ordinary lives. When they awaken they are standing together in a grassy valley surrounded by forest. None of them have ever met and have no idea what has happened or how they got here. A house is nearby which appears to be intended for them and provides everything they need to live a rudimentary life. Finding out who has brought them here and for what purpose will arouse suspicions and breakdown social order. When they find a second house, it's sole surviving resident tells a horrific tale of violence and death at the hand of a creature who hunts them for pleasure. The loose knit band of men and women must solve the riddle of the Terrarium and find a way to get back home before the creature can find them. "Terrarium" is the second novel by author Ken Wheeler. His first novel "Future King" is available now.
