Terror Street: The Phantom Fleet on Fern Street

The Phantom Fleet on Fern Street follows Leilani, her brother Koa, and their grandfather Ray Kealoha as they uncover the mystery of three Navy ships that vanished during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The ships, powered by an experimental engine, became trapped in a strange realm between space and time, reappearing eighty-five years later off the coast of Hawaii. As the family races to save the sailors still aboard, they uncover secret Navy experiments, a dangerous fourth vessel, and a way to finally free the lost crews. In the end, the ships escape the "In-Between" and sail free across the Pacific, while the legend of the Phantom Fleet lives on.

And on foggy nights along Fern Street, some swear they can still hear three distant ship bells echoing from an ocean where no ships can be seen.
