Text in Spanish. Tan paperback with cover flaps - a facsimile of the original. A good-only copy with significant edge-wear, soiling, and foxing to the covers and text-block edges. Darkening ot the spine. Interior is much better - clean and unmarked other than foxing at the page edges. The binding is lacking tightness, but all pages are bound in. Left (even numbered) pages are reproductions of the original document and right (odd numbered) pages are typed transcript. A detailed introduction is provided by Spanish historian Manuel Fernandez Alvarez. 107 pp.
