About the Author
James Vukelic is a former trial court judge, now serving as the Chief Prosecutor for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, making his home in Bismarck, North Dakota. He has more than 25 years of courtroom experience as a prosecutor, judge, and civil attorney. A former high school teacher and guidance counselor, he is a frequent lecturer and trainer in the areas of courtoom testimony and domestic violence.
