About the Author

James Vukelic is a former trial court judge, now serving as the Chief Prosecutor for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, making his home in Bismarck, North Dakota. A former high school teacher and guidance counselor, he is a frequent lecturer and trainer in the areas of courtoom testimony and domestic violence.
