Tethered Souls

I DON'T NEED A WIFE. I NEED A WOMB.

When the Boss of the Shadow Domain buys me from my father, he is very clear about what he wants from me. I'm not to speak unless spoken to. I'm to visit his bedroom every night, then sleep downstairs. There will never be any friendship between us, just a master I'm to serve.

But his jealousy is quick to show, and his obsession of me is dark and dangerous. He kills anyone who looks me, and he takes me whenever he wants.

As his enemies close in on him, I'm thrown into the line of fire. But when I get hurt, will Varius find another bride, or will he finally admit he wants me for more than just a womb?
