Georg Robert Gayre (1907-96) was a scottish antropologist with racist ideas, and founder of ?The Mankind Quarterly? In ?Teuton and Slav on the Polish Frontier? he starts with the assumption that in human affairs "racial fundamentals are all-important". The book is essentially a recommendation for re-drawing Germany's national boundaries in order to "improve the racial homogeneity" of Germany, so that, according to Gayre, "Germany would become considerably more Nordic".
