See photos for condition details. Hardcover, red cloth boards with gilt text on spine. Exterior is soiled and quite spotted, rear board has a crease in the upper right and corners are bumped. Spine is chipped at the top edge. Interior binding of the text pages is good but front hinge is cracked at board and rear hinge is starting. Pages are toned due to age and quality of paper used and spotting/foxing is present. Second end page shows the original owners name and address along with "Class of '77'". Third blank front end page shows a caricature drawing of a smiling man. Both pages are done in pencil and can probably be erased if desired. Exterior is a bit rough which is why this book is graded as fair (along with the front hinge crack) but overall binding makes this a good book for reference purposes.
