Taped into the back of the book on a blank endpaper is an Examination paper from 1891; plus, on the nextblank page is a long, neatly penned hand-written document of exam questions [?]. . A former owner has written a number of very neat and informed mini-notes, and his name, in several parts of the prelims but not in the main body of the text. These notes actually add to the book - not subtract. The interior of the book shows bright, white pages, unmarked. The binding is tight and square. Rear hinge is Fine; Front hinges is tape re-inforced. Orange cloth is faded around the edges and at the spine. Gilt titles are very good. Please enquire for further information or clarification.
