Karthikeyan, Ph.D. (Gold Medalist), is presently working as Associate Professor (Agricultural Extension) in the Department of Agricultural and Rural Management, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He did his postdoc at Italy. He also serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Extension Education and Treasurer of the International Extension Forum; and he is also an Executive Council member of the Society of Extension Education (SEE). He has written a few books and published a few scientific papers in international/national journals. He has to his credit several awards and medals for his literary contribution. R. Sendilkumar, M.Sc. (Ag.), PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, is presently working as Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension) in the College of Cooperation, Banking and Management, Thrissur in Kerala Agricultural University. D. Jaganathan, M.Sc. (Ag.), Ph.D., is presently working in the Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development Studies in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He did his Ph.D. from IARI, New Delhi.
