October 1944 FIFTH EDITION (not 6th edition) hardcover in acceptable condition. The first & last inside blank cover pages have been torn out of the book. The first 12 pages have detached from the spine but are still intact. All remaining pages are in great shape. The inside portion of the spine shows some wear with the cloth inner binding showing, but overall the spine is in good shape. Some shelf wear to the black cloth cover. 840 pages.
