All books subject to prior sale. Payment with order. We accept checks or money orders, Visa and Mastercard only through ABE. We will hold book 10 days. Book may be returned with prior notification, within 10 days. Proirty Mail USPS $18.00 first book and $3.00 for each additional book.Media Mail $6.00 first book, $1.75 each additional book.
