Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to The Book Squirrel Limited. Books
will be securely packaged and dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding
weekends) of your payment clearing - most orders are posted same day. Please
note that you are liable to pay any customs/import duties if applicable. We want
you to be satisfied with your transaction! If you are at all unhappy with your
purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the book, and we

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books
weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact
you to let you know extra shipping is required. Please note that delivery times
are those given by the Post Office and cannot be guaranteed unless you wish to pay
extra for a guaranteed service. Delivery times do not include customs processing.
If your book will pass through customs please expect a delay.
