About the Author
Wu Handong, doctor of law, Senior Professor at Wenlan School of Business of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, lecturer of Tencent, doctoral supervisor, honorary director of the Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education and the National Research Base of Intellectual Property Protection, and chief Chinese expert of the "111" investment attraction project of the Ministry of Education and the Bureau of Foreign Experts; He is also a member of the law department of the Social Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, honorary president of China Intellectual Property Law Research Association, member of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Advisory Expert Committee, member of the expert advisory group of the State Council Anti-monopoly Bureau, and deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Research Center of the Supreme People's Court. I. General Terms and Conditions
